Your personal information is protected under UK data protection laws. We only use your data to deliver our services—and never share it unless legally required. You can request data removal at any time.
Property Access
Please ensure we have full access to the property at your scheduled time, along with hot water and electricity.
Photos & Quality
We may take before-and-after photos for our records and to resolve any potential disputes. With your permission, we may also share these (anonymously) for promotional purposes.

Additional Terms
1. Furniture MovementWe do not move heavy furniture. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all areas requiring cleaning are accessible prior to the start of service. Any furniture or items obstructing access should be moved in advance to allow the cleaning to be carried out effectively.
2. Property Condition and Quotation AdjustmentsIf, upon arrival, the property’s condition is below average cleanliness, or if the size of the property is found to be larger than stated, the quotation will be revised accordingly. Adjustments will reflect the additional time, effort, and resources required to complete the work to our standard.
